  1. Better contact adding for static contact groups

    At the moment when you set up a static contact group there is no way to search for contacts to add to it. This makes the feature useless except for sites with a very small number of contacts or by using code to manage them. It would make sense to me to do away with the distinction between dynamic and static contact groups and have only one type made up from a rules based search with an option to determine how often the search is rerun.

  2. Schedule automatic resend of email campaign to 'unopened' recipients

    Everyone is busy and don't always read your emails. Resending a campaign only to subscribers/recipients that have not opened the original email is quite effective. The most convenient is to have the option to schedule a resend to unopened at the time of sending the original email.

  3. Adding feature to filter when contact group assigned

    When contact assigned to group in contact group, there are no field in database to identified when this contact assigned to the group. As a result, we do not know when contact assigned and as a result reporting to show how many contact assigned to group by this month, week, day not able to generate.

  4. Dynamic Score in Scoring Engine

    It would be awesome to have variable scoring in the Scoring engine. It's flexible on when you can determine a score should be applied, but the amount is fixed.

    For example, say a person is filling out a retirement form, i want to award more points the older they are (maybe Contact.Age/10), so someone who is 20 gets 2 points, someone who is 80 gets 8 points.

  5. add a macro rule that allows you create a contact group based on a checkbox in a form. E.g. enter a competeiton and sign up for newsletter

    Currently the macro for contact groups that are conditional on answers on a form is string based.
    However, many forms have "sign up to newsletter/marketing" type checkboxes on them and it would be useful to have a default macro rule allowing a contact group based on this checkbox

  6. Add macro rule containing score

    Hi, there is no rule using contact score which we can use for personalization.

    For example you want to show some content only for users with score between 20 and 50, but there is no rule for that. So we try to work around that with Contact Statuses and Marketing automation because there is trigger based on Contact score.

    First we set up scoring (rules, etc.), then create 3 contact statuses - Cold lead, Warm lead, Hot lead
    For each contact status (lead phase) we create a marketing automation plan - Cold lead MA, Warm lead MA, Hot lead MA …

  7. tracking download of files in custom page type

    I have custom page type with field "file". Kentico doesn't track download of this file. Only download of CMS.File is tracked.

    Please, add tracking of download of all files.

  8. Emails in queue with time to send them

    Emails in queue could have a time to be sent. It should work similar way as scheduled tasks do. Without time provided they would be sent ASAP.

    Please display the date user subscribes in the newsletter subscribers list.

  10. Google Analytics event tracking on bizforms

    I'm having trouble with passing the referral source to Google analytics. It would be nice to have the ability for bizform submissions to trigger an event on Google analytics upon successful submission (After validation)

  11. Forms - Redirect to url field

    Hello

    For the Forms area, it would be nice to make the Redirect to url field, a URL Selector form control and not be a text box. This way we can point to a page in the CMS Tree without problems, but also be able to put Macro's in the URL path.

    Hi Ilesh, I agree with you that within Forms module there can be a lot of UX improvements. Path or URL selector is definitely nice improvement for Redirect to URL field. Waiting for more votes. Thank you!

  12. Detecting soft vs. hard bounces

    Is it possible for Kentico to include or to look at the smtp reply codes when looking at the bounced emails, instead of only using the special key. This will mean that the task will look in the specified mailbox and look at the SMTP code and determine the type of bounce. Using these codes we can identify between a soft bounce and a hard bounce and most probably unsubscribe an email with a hard bounce. http://www.greenend.org.uk/rjk/tech/smtpreplies.html
