If you could add something to Kentico, what would it be and why?

Hide or customise Kentico 12 Form Builder components

Hide and customise default K12 Form Builder components.

At the moment there are no ways to hide or customise form builder components in Kentico 12 and it can be frustrating for the content editors.

A good example is for us, where we would never use the US Post Code form component, so it would be good to hide this.

Voting for this as well. Creating accessible forms that conform to current WCAG guidelines requires setting additional attributes on form inputs (input type, autocomplete, aria- , etc). These properties were all previously available in K11 Portal model by using the HTML5 input type.

Ideally, we should be able to add custom properties to the included form components rather than needing to create separate custom form components just to add a couple of additional attributes. At the very least, we should be able to disable the built in components so that only our custom version is available to content editors.

Another use case Is where we want to slightly change the functionality or layout of an exiting component (i.e. custom drop-down styling or adding a max-length attribute to text inputs).

Since this is not possible, it means we have to make a near duplicate component, and having both of them show in the list is confusing to the end user

@Elmar Höfinghoff - Deleting would also be a viable alternative. But I cannot find a way to do this either.
